What if my EV Charger fails?
Our installation experts make sure that your new EV charger is professionally installed. By default, EV chargers are designed to perform consistently when it is properly installed; however, like every electric panel board with large current demand, the equipment and wiring attached to the panel board has to be properly retightened after 6 months of use to stop risk of loose wires due to temperature changes to avoid short circuit and fire risks. Our service agreement includes two (2) inspections per year to ensure that EV connector plugs, hardwired connections and dedicate brakers are all in working order. If replacement is needed our technician will offer the needed parts at the best price under your service agreement.
Our experience shows that common installation mistakes by DIY home owners can lead to EV charger failure, frustration, or worse to equipment damage and produce permanent damage to the EV or risk of fire. Our experts identify and correct common mistakes by previous installations, and our service agreement inspections will keep your new equipment performing at its peak. While we do not warrant equipment, we make sure during our free inspections (under agreement) to chank for equipment
malfunction and initiate service or replacement under manufacturer’s warranty.
